Regina Cocco, Esq.

Regina brings an insider view and advocate’s background to her legal practice. Over the past 20 years, she has worked for the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Defender Association of Philadelphia, and immigration services nonprofit legal providers. As a State Department Consular Officer, Regina adjudicated thousands of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for posts in Africa, Europe, India, and Mexico. She managed fraud prevention programs and the nonimmigrant investor visa program at a U.S. Consulate in Europe. She wrote the standard operating procedure for one consular section’s IR-4 intercountry adoption process. She received numerous awards during her time in government.

Regina knows what the government is looking for, and is dedicated to helping her clients present their best immigration case before it. Regina is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before federal agencies, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Vermont Bar Association.
